Although the completion of the transaction is still subject to approvals and analysis by the economic defense agencies and financial authorities, as well as other conditions precedent from Mexico and Brazil, the official announcement has already been made and it is only a matter of time before the administrative procedures are concluded, and it would not represent a change in the commercial agreements and commitments with KUO Motor’s current customers. The equivalent and approximate investment was 2.1 billion Brazilian reais, which is equivalent to about 385 million dollars, which will make Frasle Mobility one of the largest references in the industry in the replacement of auto parts in Latin America.
